The best thing about the hotel was the location and the staff. It is, I suspect, a typical accommodation in Venice - small, old fashioned, hotel in need of a complete refurbishment.

Location - perfect place to stay - easy to access and just on the edge of St. Mark's Square.

Old fashioned, not really fit for purpose. We had a room at the top of the house which entailed taking a lift to floor 4, then walking up and down steps to get to our oddly shaped room. We did however have access to a roof terrace!!
